Return of Goods

When the buyer returns the goods, the following conditions must be met:

1. The returned goods must be in the original neat packaging.

2. The goods must be undamaged by the Buyer.

3. The product must be unused without losing its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, peeled off protective film, etc.) (this point does not apply if the returned product had any defects).

4. The returned product must be in the same set as the Buyer received it.

5. Upon return of the goods, it is necessary to present the document of its acquisition.

6. When returning a good quality product that we have sent at our own expense that did not suit the Buyer (color, etc.), the delivery costs shall be paid by the Buyer at the rates set by the courier service.
